By working with Maggard Memorials, you agree to the following terms for custom granite memorials, cemetery monuments, and headstones.

Services

Maggard Memorials specializes in custom granite headstones, upright monuments, flat markers, benches, mausoleums, and cemetery memorials in Lebanon, Ohio and surrounding areas.

Design Approval

All memorial designs must be approved by the client before production. Clients are responsible for verifying names, dates, and artwork.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before design work begins. Full payment is required prior to engraving, production, delivery, or installation unless otherwise agreed.

Production & Installation

Production timelines for granite memorials typically range from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on design complexity, weather, and supplier availability.

Installation is scheduled after:

• Design approval
• Payment completion
• Cemetery foundation is poured

Cemetery Regulations

All memorials must comply with cemetery rules and regulations. Some cemeteries require foundations before installation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of headstones and monuments, all sales are final once production has begun. Deposits may be non-refundable.
